Mechanical Fitter (Further Training)

£30,000 - £37,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Tools + Further Training + Rare Stays away + Door to Door

Home and Workshop based, covering Cornwall, commutable from St Austell, Newquay, Bodmin, Truro and surrounding areas 

Are you a Mechanical Fitter, or similar looking to further your career in a local area with rare stays away, as part of a close knit family run specialist, that will further upskill your technical knowledge alongside scope to become a senior engineer, all whilst retaining a great work life balance with no weekends required?

This role will suit a Mechanical Fitter, looking for a great company culture, where you will be valued as a person, not just a number, retain a great work life balance and further your technical skills.

This company have circa 30 employees and focus on Industrial Electrical and Mechanical repairs, they are now looking to recruit a motivated mechanical fitter that wants training, scope to further themselves and a create company culture.

This role will suit a Mechanical Fitter, or similar looking to further your career in a local area with rare stays away, as part of a close knit family run specialist, that will further upskill your technical knowledge alongside scope to become a senior engineer, all whilst retaining a great work life balance with no weekends required.

The Role:
 *Service, Repair and Rebuild of mechanical systems, such as Motors, Gearboxes etc
 *Further Technical training from alternative industries, such as mechanics
 *Monday to Friday 8 - 4.30

 *Holds a UK License
