Mechanical Fitter – Swindon / Wiltshire (Ongoing Role)

* Competitive pay: £15 - £19.50 per hour (£600 - £780 per week based on 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and servicing on diesel engines and plant machinery
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic faults using specialised diagnostic tools

* Replace faulty parts ensuring correct installation and alignment
* Document all maintenance and repairs accurately
* Comply fully with health and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
* Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of diesel engine systems and plant machinery
* Proficient with specialised tools and diagnostic equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Confident team player with good communication skills
