Job Description

Mechanical Fitter - Renewable Energy

Location: UK Site Based, HQ in Avon

OTE: Up to £60,000 OTE with Profit Share + Benefits
Type: Full-Time | Permanent |

Site Based with Frequent Overnight Stays Away

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll:

Assembly and testing of high voltage equipment, including outdoor substations up to 132kV
Conduct inspections, ductor testing, and quality checks to meet compliance
Assist other members of the HV Installation team 

What We're Looking For

5+ Years' experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Demonstrable experience with oxygen & propane brazing, and exothermic welding
Experience working on New Installation High Voltage Switchgear is advantageous
Good knowledge of BS7671 regulations is advantageous
Potential experience in mentoring less experienced staff
Full UK driving license
