Mechanical Fitter
Rate: €45,000 - €55,000
Location: Dublin, D4
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 4pm & Friday’s 07:30am 3pm
Start Date: ASAP

Syntech Recruitment are seeking multiple experienced Mechanical Fitters with proven expertise in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
To be considered, candidates must hold a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in a relevant mechanical or welding discipline.
Mechanical Fitter duties:
Working as part of a Mechanical Team for maintenance, repairs and delivery of new installations/capital replacement.
Maintain Engineering area to good house-keeping standard
Complete all works safely in accordance with site safety policies and relevant legislation.
Complete tasks in accordance with site policies and procedures
Mechanical Fitter experience:
QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Mechanical Fitting, Welding, or equivalent.
5+ years' experience in an industrial/mechanical environment.
Fully certified in MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding techniques.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, templates, and schematics.
Effective communicator with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and email systems.
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards.
Experience within wastewater treatment or heavy process industries is an advantage.
Full, clean driving licence required.
