Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, innovative company at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing and green technology. With continued investment and expansion, we are growing our maintenance team to support the next phase of development. This is based in East Lothian
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize plant downtime
Mechanical repair and replacement of plant components
Fault finding, diagnostics, and resolution across various systems
Completion of maintenance records and use of IT systems for job tracking
Involvement in seasonal overhaul projects and ongoing improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified Mechanical Fitter (time-served or equivalent)
Proven experience in a heavy mechanical/industrial environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to standards
Effective team player with solid communication skills
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independentlyBefore You Apply
