Location: Helensburgh - Faslane
Rate: £39.00 per hour
Contract Type: Rolling Contract - Long term
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 hours per day
We are looking for Mechanical Fitter to for a long term project based in Faslane working on Defence & Marine Projects
Key Responsibilities Of Mechanical Fitter
Undertake mechanical fitting and assembly tasks in accordance with engineering specifications.
Read and work from detailed engineering drawings and technical documents.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to fit, install, and maintain mechanical systems.
Adhere to strict health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Collaborate effectively with other trades and engineering teams to achieve project targets.
Requirements Of Mechanical Fitter
SC Clearance - (Candidates without valid clearance cannot be considered.)
Recognised qualification as a Time-Served Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
Previous experience within marine, shipbuilding, defence, or heavy engineering environments.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, installations, and tools
Must be able to Travel and work in Faslane as require, no accommodation is providedBefore You Apply
