Mechanical Lead
 Location: Finland
 Rate: €800 per day - €7000 NET + expenses
 Contract Duration: Initial 18 months

About The Role:

Lead and oversee the delivery of all mechanical packages on-site
Manage installation activities and coordinate with subcontractors
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
Review and approve technical drawings and work programmes
Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with health and safety policiesAbout You:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Lead in large-scale data centre projects
Main contractor background is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of MEP installation and double-floor construction
Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineeringNice to Have Skills:

Experience with hyperscale data centres or similar environments
Familiarity with project management software
Fluency in Finnish or EnglishOther Requirements:

Ability to start immediately and commit for at least 18 months
