Working with a leading UK manufacturing business operating from a modern, state-of-the-art site near Great Wyrley. The Maintenance Engineer position is with a well-respected manufacturer who continues to invest heavily in technology, people, and training. What's on offer as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Basic Salary: £49,500 + bonus + premium overtime (x1.5, x 2), OTE in excess of £65k per annum
Training & Development: Commitment to a focused training and development programme, including cross-skilling electrically for those who want it, along with leadership training and opportunities, specialist hydraulics training, continuous improvement training, etc. If it helps you progress as an engineer, they will support it where possible

Roles and Responsibilities of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for plant-wide proactive and reactive mechanical maintenance to ensure optimum factory performance
Execute PPM schedules and reactive maintenance activities as required as a Maintenance Fitter / Maintenance Technician
Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to support world-class manufacturing standards - training will be provided
What do you require to apply as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
City & Guilds Level 3 and BTEC Level 3 (or higher) with NVQ Level 3
Apprenticeship trained to Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, and Mechanical disciplines
Strong planned and reactive maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
