Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Corby

£38,000 - £40,000 + Overtime (£50K OTE) + Guaranteed Pay Increase + Pension + Annual Pay Review + Quarterly Bonus + Retail Discounts + Rotating Day Shift

An opportunity has arisen for a mechanical maintenance engineer to enjoy long term job stability in a company who are investing heavily in new machinery. Your Duties:

* Planned and reactive maintenance of processing machinery and ancillary equipment

* Replace/repair parts and fitting bearings/gears

* Strip downs, inspections and rebuilds of roll mill stands

* Mechanical fault finding and testing

* Rotating shifts days only including weekends

Your Experience

* Mechanical maintenance engineer or fitter from a heavy factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar)

* NVQ Level 3 mechanical qualification or equivalent

* Strong fitting capabilities with experience using induction heaters and presses
