Job Description

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – North / Central London
An experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is required to join a growing building services maintenance team covering North / Central London contracts.
The successful candidate will work across a range of commercial and public sector facilities delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.
Responsibilities
  * Mechanical PPM maintenance
  * Reactive call outs
  * Pipe fitting works
  * Fault finding
  * Quoted works
  * Minor project works
  * Commissioning support

  * Council buildings
  * Student accommodation
  * Extra care schemes
Requirements
  * Mechanical/Pipe Fitting Qualification
  * Commercial maintenance experience
  * Strong practical fault-finding ability
  * Full UK Driving Licence
  * PASMA/IPAF advantageous
Package
  * £18.00 – £22.00 per hour
  * Company van and fuel card
  * Standard hand tools supplied
  * Paid travel time (30 mins deducted each way)
  * 20 days holiday

  * Enhanced overtime rates
  * Call out rota 1 week in 6
