Epsom, Surrey (KT18) | £45,000 + Call-Out | Work at the UK HQ of a Leading Global Automotive Brand
Are you an experienced mechanical maintenance professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with one of the world’s most respected automotive companies? Join our dedicated on-site engineering team based at the UK headquarters in KT18 (Epsom area), supporting a high-profile client in a commercial facilities setting.
The Role
*
Salary: £45,000 + additional earnings through 1-in-2 call-out rota
*
Hours: Monday–Friday | Choice of 7am–4pm or 9am–6pm shifts
*
Team: Join a close-knit team of 2 engineers, reporting to the Contract Manager
*
Work Type: Focus on pre-planned mechanical maintenance with some reactive work
*

Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain and service plant equipment including FCUs, AHUs, pumps, valves, and pipework
*
Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical systems within a commercial environment
*
Assist with HVAC systems and general building services
*
Adhere to health & safety and compliance protocols
*
Support broader facilities management goals across the site
*
Participate in a 1-in-2 call-out rota (with additional payment)
What We’re Looking For
*
NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Services (or equivalent)
*
Proven experience with commercial HVAC equipment (FCUs, AHUs, etc.)
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
*
Good understanding of mechanical compliance and safety standards
