£46,000 - £53,000 + Overtime

Our client own and operate a busy recycling facility in Cambridgeshire, and they're on a mission: turning waste into something valuable. To do that, their plant runs day and night - and they need skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to keep it all moving.

What You'll Do
Get hands-on fixing, maintaining, and improving plant machinery
Tackle breakdowns head-on and keep downtime to a minimum
Keep on top of planned maintenance so the whole site runs like clockwork
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and more
Be part of a team that has your back - day and nightWhat You'll Need
Real world experience from working in the waste management, recycling or quarrying industry. Heavy industry backgrounds considered.
Ideally mechanical engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or similar)
Strong fault-finding skills and a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to workdays OR nights.🎯 What You'll Get
