Job Description
Facilitate Search have partenerd with a global FM provider for an excellent oppourtunity as a Mechanical Manager on a number of Healthcare sites in the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage the day-to-day operations of mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing & Mechanical infrastructure
*
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and safety.
*
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks to meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.
*
Deliver technical support and guidance to on-site teams and clients.
*
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a similar mechanical management or supervisory role within facilities management or building services.
*
Recognised mechanical qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
*
Strong knowledge of building systems, health & safety regulations, and mechanical compliance.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
