Mechanical Manager – Hounslow / M25 Region
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Company Vehicle (Personal Use Included)
Commercial FM Contract – Team of 15 Engineers
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee a team of 15 mobile engineers across a large commercial FM contract within the M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in mechanical, HVAC, pumps or plumbing to take the next step in their career.

The Role:
*
Managing a team of 15 mobile engineers across multiple commercial sites within the M25
*
Overseeing service, maintenance, reactive and minor project works across mechanical, HVAC, pumps and plumbing disciplines
*
Supporting engineers with technical queries, training, and development
*
Ensuring contract compliance, SLA performance and client satisfaction
*
Attending sites across the Hounslow and wider London area to carry out audits, site visits and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
*
Strong background in mechanical, HVAC, pumps or plumbing
*
Previous management or supervisory experience within FM
*
Excellent leadership, organisational and client-facing skills
*
Flexible to travel across sites within the M25
*
Clean UK driving licence
