Mobile Mechanical Plumber - Midlands
Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Mechanical Plumber to join their dynamic team, covering a diverse portfolio of sites across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proficient plumber looking for a varied and challenging mobile role.

Salary up to £38,000
Mobile, van and fuel card
G3 Unvented required
Monday to friday

What We're Looking For
We need a proactive and technically sound individual with:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber within commercial or industrial environments.
Essential G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
Demonstrable experience working effectively within plant rooms.
The ability to confidently isolate pipework and systems for safe working.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills for plumbing and mechanical systems.
Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues.
A full UK Driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on hot and cold water systems, heating systems, and associated plant.
Dealing with AHU,FCU and other mechanical duties
Diagnosing and rectifying faults on a variety of mechanical and plumbing equipment.
Carrying out minor installations and repairs.
Working safely and competently within plant rooms, including isolation procedures.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Completing accurate reports and documentation for all works undertaken.
Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
