About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a prestigious project at Hinkley Point C, the UK's first new-build nuclear power station in a generation. This role plays a key part in supporting the UK's Net Zero targets and requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

Weekly pay
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, with weekend work available
Ongoing contract work

Plan, manage, and oversee mechanical project operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.
Ensure all mechanical works comply with relevant standards, specifications, and legislation.
Maintain high health and safety standards on-site, addressing any issues promptly.
Provide clear communication, guidance, and supervision to the mechanical team.Skills Required for a Mechanical Project Engineer:
Technical competence and strong analytical ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team coordination capabilities
Effective planning and problem-solving skillsPreferable but not essential:
ONC/HNC/ NVQ L3/L4 Building Services.
