Job Description

One of our Clients are actively looking for an up-and-coming Project Engineer having good training in the industry of air conditioning and some experience to run projects. • Day to day running of projects • Estimating project from drawings • Take off materials/plant and place orders • Attending site meetings and carrying out site surveys • Coordination between other contractors • Take instructions from clients, make necessary changes • Cost variations • Produce final account • Compile Operating & Maintenance manual • Safety and Quality control of the project • Understand how air conditioning systems work • Some design knowledge will be useful. Pipe sizing and duct sizing • Use Computers software word, excel and Microsoft Project • AutoCAD is not essential but an advantage for small changes 10% Pension Company Car or Car Allowance Salary to be agreed
