Job Description
Commercial Mechanical Project Manager - East Midlands c£55k plus £8400 car allowance
Working across a mixture of commercial social housing landlords you will scope, price and deliver commercial plant room upgrades and refurbishments in high rise buildings, care homes, sheltered accommodation and HMO's. Future works are likely to include schools too.
Typical project values are between £50k -£100k, currently one a month being completed with a view to double this.
You will have a strong understanding of commercial plant room installations and be confident to build relationships with the clients, recognise additional works opportunities and manage a workforce
