The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who is looking for genuine progression into a leadership position. Working closely with the Directors and project delivery teams, you will take full responsibility for managing electrical projects from design through to completion.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of delivery, including design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring that all electrical works are completed safely, on time, and to a consistently high standard. The role also offers a clear development path, making it ideal for someone ambitious who wants to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of multiple electrical projects across the South
* Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities
* Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company standards on quality and safety
* Take ownership of financial control, variations, and budget management
Requirements
* At least 10 years’ experience within a mechanical building services contracting environment
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
* Stable employment history showing long-term commitment to previous employers
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and costs effectively
* Ambitious, professional, and motivated to progress within the business
Remuneration Package – Mechanical Project Manager
* £70,000 – £85,000 basic salary (reflective of experience and seniority)
