Mechanical Project Manager, Hampshire
My client is a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor specialising in the Design & Build of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Installations across the Public and Private sectors.
As a result of a planned growth, my client requires a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
As Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects ranging up to £50K - £2million. This is a key position within the business. and as such they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of delivery.
You will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish, overseeing trades carrying out the works, managing sub-contractors, attending client project briefings and ensuring all project installations runs smoothly to a successful handover.
As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for the full financial management and control of project programme, from design and pre-construction through to commissioning.
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager who holds relevant mechanical building services qualifications and experience working for an M&E Building Services contractor on refurbishment and new build projects. The project types my client specialise in varies from commercial new build developments, leisure centres, fit outs, hotels, public sector buildings and residential therefore a background of delivery across any of these is essential, with equivalent project values £50K to £2m M&E Value.
