Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Vienna, Austria (MUST have an EU Passport)

The Opportunity
As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of assigned projects - ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead site managers, engineers, and QS teams, coordinating resources and driving performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including commercial performance
Coordinate procurement of subcontractors, plant, and materials
Drive safety, quality, and compliance on site
Oversee design development and value engineering
Issue weekly progress reports and chair coordination meetings
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
About You
5–10 years’ experience in mechanical project management within M&E contracting
Strong leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Fluent in English; German language skills an advantage
