About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of projects across retail, leisure, healthcare, office, and commercial sectors throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, client-focused, and able to effectively liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Design, estimate, and manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion.

  * Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates to Directors.

  * Prepare and review project documentation, specifications, and AutoCAD drawings.

  * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  * Travel to project sites nationwide as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  * ONC/HNC in Building Services or equivalent qualification.

  * 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in mechanical project management.

  * Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

  * Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.

  * Full UK driving license
