We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established M&E contractor, delivering a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial and retail sectors. You’ll take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, managing multiple live projects across commercial (healthcare, offices, education) and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver mechanical projects safely, on time and within budget
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
Oversee programme, procurement and cost control
Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams
Ensure compliance with current regulations and quality standards
Manage commissioning and final handover documentation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
Background delivering commercial and/or retail projects
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
