About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical works across a variety of projects in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and take the lead on the delivery of high-quality mechanical installations within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver mechanical projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
*
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
*
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
*
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
*
Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and risk assessments.
*
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports and handover packs.
*
Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
*
Lead project teams and subcontractors, providing direction and support.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in mechanical project management, ideally within building services or construction.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practices.
*
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
*
Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or building services are highly desirable.
