Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical aspects of our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage mechanical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
* Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical installation processes.
* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
