Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager required
True Consulting are working in partnership with a Principal Contractor who work with Local Authorities to decarbonise Commercial Buildings across the UK. The business has two folded in size over the past few years, Opening offices as a centre points for each region.
They're looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a group of sites in and around South & West London. Projects will range in value between £5-10M, all at early stages. The sites will be under the same client, largely managing the decarbonisation of Education focused buildings. You'll have a team of Site Managers reporting into you from each site, your role will be to coordinate the client, design and pre-cons team with a quantity surveyor supporting you with financials.
The business’ expansion offers the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager role in the future. As the team grows and further Project Managers are recruited, the region will require a Operations Manager to support on large scale or multiple site clients.
Keen to speak with Project Managers who have a background managing M&E sites with values ranging up to £5+m. We’re ideally looking for PM’s with a Mechanical / Renewable Energy focused background.

£80,000 Base Salary
22 Days + Bank Holidays
Pension 3%/5%
