Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or JN Project Manager ready to step up and take ownership of complex, high-value projects across London?
My client is looking for a driven professional with a solid track record of delivering mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, on projects valued between £3M–£8M. If you’re confident leading from the front and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to shape some of London’s most iconic developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of mechanical systems on major M&E projects across the capital.
* Manage Mechanical project from tender, design coordination, and procurement through to installation and commissioning.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations and delivery.
* Monitor costs, progress, and quality, ensuring all work meets regulatory, safety, and performance standards.
* Collaborate with senior management, clients, and consultants to ensure clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
* Drive programme timelines and push for excellence at every stage.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience managing mechanical packages between £3M–£8M, ideally within complex M&E or building services environments.
* Experienced in completing projects from Pre-con through to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, pipework, etc.).
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial and organisational awareness.
* Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, or mixed-use is a plus.
