Key responsibilities:
* The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the management of construction development projects from tender to completion.
* Provide regular updates and report directly to the Mechanical Senior Project Manager.
* Oversee the delivery of projects of varying sizes, costs, and timelines, ensuring successful outcomes.
* The Mechanical Project Manager will be providing support to other members of the projects team (e.g. Senior Project Managers or Project Directors)
Skills and Background:
* The Mechanical Project Manager will have a solid background in mechanical engineering, with previous experience as an Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Engineer handling major construction and development projects valued between £3 million and £5 million.
* Proven capability to manage projects from tender stage through to completion and final handover.
* The Mechanical Project Manager must have shown the ability to work with and have an understanding of managing diverse teams.
* The Mechanical Project Manager must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and provide assistance to others where necessary.
