Mechanical Project Manager – London & M25
Are you a technically strong Mechanical Project Manager looking to join one of the UK’s leading Mechanical & HVAC project specialists?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join a dynamic and well-established company delivering high-spec mechanical and HVAC installations across commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, and healthcare sites throughout London and the M25.
The Role:
You’ll be managing mechanical projects ranging from £750,000 to £1 million, with a strong focus on:
*
AHUs, plant rooms, and chilled water systems
*
Overseeing installation works from concept through to completion
*
Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
*
Ensuring technical compliance and smooth project delivery
*
Assisting major FM companies on large-scale, complex jobs
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in mechanical/HVAC project management
*
Strong technical background (mechanical/building services)
*
Experience delivering projects in commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Able to manage your own jobs and take initiative
