True are partnering with a well-established, mechanical contractor delivering high-quality mechanical packages across the hospitality, leisure, and education sectors. With a strong reputation for consistent, high-standard project delivery, the business continues to grow off the back of repeat work, referrals, and genuine industry recognition.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll lead a newly secured £7M hotel development in Hackney, managing the full mechanical package from early stages through to completion. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, pipework, and controls. The role will be fully site-based, with full responsibility for subcontractor management, client liaison, and project delivery.
We’re looking for someone confident across all stages, ideally with experience in hotel or student accommodation projects, who can work independently, make decisions on the ground, and represent the company professionally. You’ll be joining a business that values initiative, quality, and long-term relationships.
Mechanical Project Manager Package:
* £70,000–£85,000 basic salary (DOE)
* Car allowance
* Site-based role (Hackney, East London)
* 25 days holiday

We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience delivering full mechanical packages (pipework, ductwork, HVAC, heating, controls)
* Confident managing projects across all stages
* Strong client and subcontractor management skills
* Independent, proactive, and site-driven work ethic
* Based in London or the Southeast
* Ideally a background in hotels or student accommodation (other sectors considered)Before You Apply
