Mechanical Building Services Project Manager
£65,000 to £75,000 plus Car or Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + More
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based just north of Huntingdon, renowned for delivering mechanical and electrical solutions to the highest standard across the commercial, education, healthcare, data centre, and smart building sectors. With project values typically ranging from £250k to £5m, they offer full project delivery from design through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
* Contribute to technical input during design development and value engineering stages
* Oversee mechanical installation works, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
* Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
* Support procurement, valuations, and commercial reporting with relevant stakeholders
