Role: Mechanical Project Manager
Rate: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Package
Location: Heathrow Airport
Our client is a well-established M&E contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Renowned for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong reputation for professionalism, they specialise in commercial developments across London and Heathrow. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
*
Reviewing mechanical designs for scope accuracy, compliance, and potential clashes
*
Developing and managing both short-term and long-term project programmes
*
Ensuring all Health & Safety documentation (RAMS) is current and effectively implemented on site
*
Producing and submitting all relevant mechanical technical documentation
*
Issuing and managing RFIs (Requests for Information) as necessary
*
Coordinating subcontractors and managing direct labour on site
*
Leading the commissioning and final handover phases
*
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery teams
*
Chairing and contributing to regular progress meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
*
Comes from a hands-on mechanical background with strong technical expertise or HNC/Degree qualified
*
Proven track record delivering commercial mechanical projects in London
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role within the building services industry
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Confident in client-facing roles and experienced in leading project meetingsBefore You Apply
