Job Description
ROLE: Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
SALARY: Up to £75,000 + Company Vehicle
LOCATION: West Midlands

Red Rock are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist in fire sprinkler systems, delivering high-quality installation projects across commercial and industrial sectors.

DUTIES:
* Manage all aspects of sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
* Ensure compliance with LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251 standards
* Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
* Produce and maintain QA documentation
* Monitor project programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are achieved
* Attend weekly progress meetings at head office
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Foster a collaborative working environment across project teams
THE CANDIDATE:
* Proven experience managing fire sprinkler installation projects
* Strong knowledge of sprinkler standards and codes (LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN 9251, BSEN 12845)
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
* Experience in site surveys, client meetings, and installation oversight
* Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to liaise at all levels
* Competent computer skills
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Valid UK driving licence required
