Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope & budget
* Build & manage client relationships, driving business opportunities
* Select, manage & review subcontractors
* Oversee financials, including procurement, payments & invoicing
* Conduct site surveys, reviews & project delivery meetings
* Provide leadership, communication & problem-solving support to teams
* Ensure compliance with health, safety & quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven project management experience in the Mechanical and Electrical industry
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
* Excellent communication, leadership & organisation skills
* Ability to manage budgets, contracts & multiple projects
* Business development awareness with a client-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence
