About the Role:
Our client, a leading M&E contractor with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality mechanical installations, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a long-term project based in Windlesham.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, technically challenging project from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Oversee and manage the mechanical scope of works on-site
*
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Monitor project progress and report regularly on status, risks, and milestones
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and all relevant regulations
*
Manage material procurement, logistics, and workforce planning
*
Attend and lead site meetings and inspections
*
Drive productivity and ensure quality of installation
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in managing mechanical packages on commercial/industrial projects
*
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and building services systems
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold card preferred)
*
Mechanical or Building Services qualification (NVQ / HND / Degree)
*
Experience working with M&E contractors or developers is advantageous
*
Able to commute to Windlesham daily
