Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - Tralee, Co. Kerry
€60,000 - €70,000+ depending on experience | Full-time, Permanent
We're hiring a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join a busy site team in Tralee on a long-term project in the industrial sector. If you've got 3+ years' QS experience and a background in M&E, this is your opportunity to join a top-tier contractor delivering major builds across Ireland.
What you'll do:
Manage subcontractor applications and variations
Track and report on project costs
Support monthly valuations, VO logs, and procurement
Work closely with site teams to capture and report commercial data
What you'll need:
3+ years' experience in a QS role (mechanical experience ideal)
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and Excel
Excellent communication and attention to detail
