Mechanical Service Engineer - £36k - 42k & overtime van & fuel card, 9% pension, 25 day holiday, healthcare - Must be flexible with travel - Perfect for ex forces mechanical professionals The opportunity: Mechanical professionals – the people who just “get stuff done”. Fixing things, making broken things work again and just all round heroes that the world needs. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work on our own mechanical equipment. Someone who can come in, add value but use this as a stepping stone into higher profile roles as we continue to grow. Very strong package. So £36-42k basic, with the overtime taking you much further up on that and a chance to work for a growing company with a great reputation in their field. The person: We're pretty open here in regard to sector and experience - but we're looking for someone who has a strong mechanical background, ideally around plant. You will be using your mechanical expertise to oversee these various and varied projects using your hands on skills - any experience around experience with Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER would be marvelous. The role: You will be working on the mechanical side of our projects, ranging in value from a few grand to into the millions. We have our own plant and vehicle projects that we manufacture and we need these being maintained & serviced. So any plant or large vehicle experience would be great, but we are more than happy to look at various industrial sector knowledge. It's the right "person" we are looking for. If you’re ex forces – we have seen this work well in the past too. The company: We are a multinational company who have 55 people working for us now in the UK, but we need to grow our service department.
