What is The Job Doing:
As a Mechanical Services Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing significant projects from start to finish.
Manage 1-2 large projects simultaneously, each valued around £1m.
Take projects from the estimation stage through to final account, including procurement.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Primarily work on projects located along the M4 corridor.
What Experience Do I Need
The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Services Contracts Manager role will have the following:
Proven experience in a similar role, within the mechanical services sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple large-scale projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with the electrical services team and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of procurement processes and final account management.
