We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer to join the team at a large, prestigious building in the City of London. This role is focused on mechanical maintenance, ensuring systems operate smoothly while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and detailed reports are submitted.
* Serve as the primary point of contact during your shift, minimising disruptions to clients while conducting maintenance or repairs.
* Provide support on mechanical systems and assist with fit-out projects or system upgrades as directed by the site supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role, preferably within a building services environment.
* Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems, including maintenance and repairs.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in the building services industry.
