Job Description
Great opportunity to work with one of the UK’s market leaders in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and service of pumping equipment. With over 60 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions to a diverse range of industries. We're now looking for a motivated and dynamic Pump Service Operative to join our fast-paced external site teams.
The Role:
Working closely with our Electrical Site Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of pumps and associated equipment. This is a field-based role requiring nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Attend installation and breakdown callouts across the UK
*
Service, repair, and assemble a wide range of pumps and related equipment
*
Participate in a standby rota for weekend and bank holiday cover
*
Ensure company procedures are maintained and continuously improved
*
Complete detailed site reports and submit promptly with customer signatures
*
Promote T-T Pumps products and services on-site
*
Ensure van stock and tools are maintained and available
*
Identify and report training needs
Requirements:
*
A flexible, self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude
*
Strong ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
*
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs
*
Willing and able to travel nationwide as required
*
Mechanical qualification (desirable)
*
Experience working with pumps or in a maintenance role (desirable)
*
CSCS, SSSTS, First Aid, or Confined Space certification (desirable)
