Dorchester Hospital
43 hours per week
18-month contract
Start: ASAP
 Our client is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term healthcare project at Dorchester Hospital. This role is offered on a CIS basis with an immediate start available.
 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Liaise with site management, project teams, and other trades
Carry out toolbox talks, site inspections, and progress reportingRequirements:

Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor
Strong background in mechanical building services
Prior experience on commercial or healthcare projects preferred
SMSTS or SSSTS
