Job Description

Mechanical Supervisor– Gillingham, Kent – M&E project - 3/4 months work starting ASAP

Our client are an established Kent based contractor, and they are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on an M&E healthcare project in Gillingham

Duties for a Supervisor:

  * Supervising operatives and subcontractors on a daily basis.

  * Planning and coordinating mechanical installation activities to meet the construction programme.

  * Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  * Monitoring installation of HVAC, plumbing etc

  * Ensuring all works comply with health and safety legislation, conducting toolbox talks, and enforcing site procedures.

  * Managing labour levels, material deliveries, and equipment required for the works.

  * Identifying and resolving technical issues, installation conflicts, and programme delays.

  * Reviewing RAMS and ensuring operatives work in accordance with them.

Requirements for a Drylining Supervisor:

  * 

    SMSTS & CSCS Card

  * 

    First AID

  * 

    Minimum 2 years’ experience working for a mechanical Supervisor
