Mechanical Supervisor – Commercial, Healthcare & Education Projects
Location: North Yorkshire Region
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + package (including 20% uplift for working away)
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial, healthcare, and education projects across the North Yorkshire region. This is a site-based role focused on overseeing mechanical works, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all stages of construction.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising mechanical works across live sites within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors
*
Carrying out daily plant room checks and on-site inspections
*
Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with specifications
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on all active sites
*
Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role
*
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and plant room operations
*
Excellent understanding of current health & safety standards
*
Ability to interpret and work from mechanical schematics and drawings
*
A site-first, proactive approach — this is not a desk-based role
Package includes:
*
Base salary of £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
*
20% uplift when staying away from home
*
Travel and accommodation covered when required
*
Pension and other company benefits
