Mechanical Ventilation Engineer - FM service provider - Buckinghamshire - Paying Up To £44k 

 My Client is a leading provider of innovative HVAC and refrigeration solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and cutting-edge technology to our diverse client base. They specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial chiller systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for our customers.

 CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer to be Based in Buckinghamsire. He or she will be required to carry out Planned Maintenance and reactive maintenance on Ventilation systems. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance or commercial settings. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Paying up to £44kHours of work:

Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pmKey Responsibilities:

Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines on all ventilation equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), extraction systems, fans, motors, dampers, VAV/VRF systems, and ductwork.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, diagnosing complex mechanical faults and implementing effective, long-term repairs.
Conduct detailed inspections of ductwork systems, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with industry standards.
Perform essential tasks such as belt replacement, bearing lubrication, filter changes, and fan speed adjustments/balancing.
Collaborate closely with the wider HVAC and M&E teams to ensure system synergy and efficiency.
Oversee and manage specialist sub-contractors when necessary, ensuring all work adheres to site standards and specifications.Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds qualification) in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Ventilation Systems.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in maintaining and installing large-scale mechanical ventilation systems, preferably within commercial, industrial, or critical environments.Please send your CV to Joe Mann of CBW staffing solutions to ensure you do not miss this great opportunity
