Job Description
Are you a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused driver? We’re looking for confident individuals to become the face of a busy Meet and Greet team at Gatwick Airport.
As a Meet and Greet Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely collecting and returning customer vehicles between the airport terminal and secure client car parks, all while delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for travellers.
Key Responsibilities:

Driving customer vehicles between the terminal and designated car parks
*
Performing pre- and post-drive vehicle checks for safety and condition
*
Creating a warm, helpful, and professional impression as the first and last point of contact for customers
*
Following all security, safety, and company protocols
*
Keeping the working area tidy, safe, and presentable
Requirements:
*
A valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
*
Clear and confident English communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
*
A calm, courteous approach in a fast-paced environment
*
Previous customer service experience is a bonus - but not essential
