Are you a highly organised professional looking for a varied, autonomous role where you can truly make an impact?
Arden Personnel is recruiting for a Membership Co-ordinator to join a respected membership organisation in Evesham.
This is initially a 6-month contract role, but it has the very real potential to become permanent for the right candidate. We are also highly flexible—whether you are looking for full-time work or a part-time schedule (e.g., 4 days a week) that fits with the team’s general working arrangements.
The Details
Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
Contract: 6-Month Contract (with the potential to become Permanent)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (e.g., 4 days a week) considered.
Your Key Responsibilities
This role is wonderfully varied, giving you fantastic exposure to the organisation's membership base and a decent amount of autonomy for those who want to take ownership of their work. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Managing daily membership enquiries and providing exceptional support.
Coordinating membership renewals, onboarding, and general administration.
Maintaining accurate member records and ensuring CRM systems are up to date.
Supporting the wider team with varied administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or membership-focused role.
A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage your own workload autonomously.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with members via phone and email.
Strong IT skills and confidence in using CRM databases and MS Office.
