Menswear Garment Technologist - Fashion Brand

A market leading premium British fashion brand renowned for its classic menswear and womenswear collections is currently recruiting for a Menswear Garment Technologist with strong multi-product apparel experience to join its established London Head Office team on a 3-month fixed term contract.
As a Senior Menswear Garment Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting weekly fit sessions and attending development meetings ensuring the fit and quality of all garments throughout the entire process are consistent. You will be responsible for wash care instructions, test reporting, and labelling; working closely with external suppliers and factories, and internal designers and product developer, whilst reporting directly to the Technical Manager.
The ideal applicant must have previous Garment Technologist experience working across multi-product menswear for a high-street fashion retailer, lifestyle brand or established fashion supplier. Demonstrating a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting and grading, and experience working with external suppliers and factories. You must possess strong communication (written & verbal), CAD and I.T skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe software packages.
In return you will be rewarded with the opportunity to join technical team of an established British brand on a fixed term contract.
