Lead a frontline team supporting adults with mental health support needs.
Working four days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri), you’ll manage a team of four Wellbeing Coordinators and shape day-to-day delivery of therapeutic and wellbeing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visible leadership, including “walking the floors” one weekend/month (TOIL provided)
Oversee service delivery, staff caseloads, and performance
Build partnerships with local authorities, referrers, and funders
Design and deliver a structured programme of support activities
Work with the team to produce case studies and demonstrate impactAbout You:
Experience managing services in mental health or similar settings
Strong leadership and people management skills
