  * Health and Medication: Prompting or assisting with medication management.

  * Record Keeping: Updating care plans and daily notes accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications

  * Attributes: Patient, caring, flexible, and reliable.

  * Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.

  * Experience: Previous care experience is often beneficial but not always required; many roles provide training (e.g., Care Certificate).

  * Compliance: Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
