This is a hands-on role where you'll: Build meaningful, empowering relationships with service users. Help individuals navigate challenges and develop life skills. Provide practical and emotional support without clinical interventions. Work a varied rota, including evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring 24/7 care and continuity.
